  4. Thanks for asking questions!!

The flights were VERY long. The first flight, which was 14 hours, had a lot of really neat amenities. Each seat had their own TV with movies, shows, music, and interactive maps. Guess which one I played withe most? :)

The weather is actually very nice at the moment. It's warm but not hot.

I traveled with 4 other people - Mariam, Mike, Megan, and Hilary; however, there were already 8 of my classmates in Cambodia who arrived earlier.

  7. Hope you have fun, and how are you adjusting to the time change? It must be hard falling asleep. Mr. Heimbuch is great, he reminds me of you. Well have an awesome trip. See you on Monday when 5th period skypes with you!

  8. There are many small stores and street vendors here. It is difficult to enter and exit the temples without being asked to buy something. There are a lot of small family shops that sell basic items. In the city's center (where most of the tourists are), there are a lot of "western" shops. For instance, today, we stopped at a bakery. It looked like any bakery you would find here.

The school is nice, but very different than our NS. The students loved our postcard with the picture of NS on it. Pictures of the school will be available soon.

The time change was difficult to adjust to. It was very difficult to fall asleep the first night which is why I skyped to 7th period then - I was still awake, and it was 1:30 AM here.
